NDC Automation has been selected to supply an Automated Guided Vehicle system to one of the worlds largest beverage companies. NDC will be installing the system in Eastern Creek in Sydney Australia in October 2011. We are very pleased with the order and it will be the second AGV system we supply to this customer.

NDC has received a second Automated Guided Vehicle order for 4 Laser Guided Vehicles to operate within the food industry in New Zealand. The vehicles will operate in a production environment transporting finished goods pallets to truck staging lanes as well as bring empty pallets to the robot cells. We are very pleased with this order and the continued growth in this market.

NDC has been awarded a 4 Laser Guided Vehicle order from a large food and beverage manufacturer in Victoria Australia which includes also a pallet management system. NDC are very pleased with this order and look forward to implementing this during second half of 2011.

We are very please to have received this AGV order where it will be one of the first narrow aisle high reach Automated Guided Vehicle installations in Australia. This is another Food industry environment customer. Due to be completed during August 2011.

NDC have opened both Melbourne and Brisbane office during February 2011 in order to better serve our existing and new Automated Guided Vehicle customers. Due to our continued growth in Australia we have opened new support centres. We believe this will serve our customer better with even faster response times. We have continued with strong growth in 2010 with an additional 6 engineers joining our growing team of people.

New Automated Guided Vehicle system order placed with NDC Automation

A 5 Laser Guided Vehicle system has been awarded to NDC Automation for a leading soft drink manufacturer in South Australia. We are very pleased to have received this system which also includes a pallet management system, block stacking of finished goods pallets, drive in rack and normal rack handling. Installation is due August 2011.

The system is to be installed during 2011 and include integration to existing reel stand management software.

NDC will install 2 separate AGV systems for a glass manufacturing plant in South Australia. The first AGV system will run outdoors to bring packaged glass bottle pallets from one warehouse to another with a total round trip in excess of 2000 meters.

The specialised conveyor type AGV’s configured to handle 8 pallets and 6 tonnes is designed to run in all weather conditions.

A second multiple AGV system will be serving a large indoor warehouse and handle 42,000+ pallet positions. The dual tine AGV’s will have a capacity of carrying 4 pallets at the time and a max lift capacity of 4.5 tonnes and a lift height of 6.5 meters.
